From approval in January 2022 to go-live in May 2022, the entire process took just three months. Natuvion imported existing CV data via templates, so consultants didn’t have to start from scratch. Four onboarding sessions were offered: two in German and two in English – with timezone-friendly slots for colleagues in Australia and the USA. Every consultant received documentation with clear guidelines for profile maintenance. The key to success: Natuvion switched entirely to decídalo – with no transition period. Access to the old system was immediately restricted. The clear signal: decídalo is now the only tool for CV management. |

In parallel, Natuvion is using the skill management features to consolidate over 1,300 skills and eliminate duplicates – building the foundation for more precise matching and a clean data set. |

Regular update announcements keep Natuvion proactively informed about new features. During the V3 upgrade, the team was brought on board early – and a needed report was even fast-tracked ahead of the roadmap.
